1. Purpose of the AppRotecon provides data, insights, and analytics relating to the gas turbine industry, including information on equipment, owners, and indicative pricing. The App compiles data from public sources, online databases, and expert discussions. It is intended solely for informational and reference purposes and does not constitute engineering, financial, or procurement advice.

 

2. Acceptable UseUsers must use the App in compliance with all applicable laws. You agree not to:Copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute App data or content;Attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass security features, or extract the database;Use the App for unlawful, defamatory, or misleading purposes; orViolate any privacy, intellectual property, or data protection laws.You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account credentials.

 

3. Data Sources and AccuracyAll data within Rotecon is collected from publicly available sources, professional directories, and expert industry opinions.Enertions strives for accuracy but does not guarantee that all information is correct, complete, or up to date.Prices and specifications are indicative only and not official quotations.Users must independently verify all information before relying upon it.

 

4. Intellectual PropertyThe Rotecon software, database structure, and platform content are owned by Enertions Technologies Inc. All company names, trademarks, and logos referenced within Rotecon remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Nothing in this App grants you ownership or license rights to any third-party trademarks or materials.

 

5. Limitation of Liability & Data Disclaimer

 

5.1 General Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, Enertions, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages including, but not limited to: loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, reputational harm, or reliance damages arising from the use or inability to use the Rotecon App or its contents.Your sole remedy in the event of dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.

 

5.2 Data Accuracy and Use Disclaimer: Rotecon compiles and presents data from public and third-party sources in good faith. Enertions does not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of this data for any purpose. All users agree that the App is used at their own risk and that Enertions shall not be responsible for decisions, actions, or outcomes based on its data.

 

5.3 Third-Party Data and Intellectual Property: Some data may originate from external or publicly listed entities. Enertions does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks or proprietary data and uses such references for descriptive purposes only. If any organization or individual believes that Rotecon contains material infringing upon their rights, they must notify Enertions immediately at info@enertions.com.Upon receiving a valid notice, Enertions will: Promptly review the claim; Take reasonable steps to verify its validity; and If appropriate, correct or remove the disputed material without prejudice. Enertions operates in good faith and assumes no liability for disputed content until a verified claim is made and reviewed.

 

5.4 No Warranty: The App and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from Enertions shall create any warranty not expressly stated herein.

 

5.5 User Responsibility: Rotecon is an informational tool. Users remain solely responsible for interpreting and applying data appropriately. Any commercial, technical, or procurement decision made using Rotecon is the user’s independent responsibility. Enertions does not act as an engineer, consultant, or financial advisor.

 

5.6 Notification and CorrectionsUsers are encouraged to report any data errors, inaccuracies, or proprietary concerns to info@enertions.com. Enertions will investigate all valid concerns promptly and make corrections or removals at its discretion.

 

5.7 Aggregate Liability CapIn any event, Enertions’ total aggregate liability to any user, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of subscription fees paid by that user during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

 

5.8 Jurisdiction: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising out of or related to Rotecon shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.

 

6. Privacy Policy

 

6.1 Information We Collect: We collect limited personal information such as: Name, email, and company details (for registration and billing); Usage data such as login timestamps, browser, and device type; andPayment information handled by secure third-party processors.

 

6.2 How We Use Information: We use collected information to: Provide, maintain, and improve Rotecon services; Process payments and subscriptions; Respond to inquiries and support requests;Ensure compliance with legal obligations and prevent misuse.We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data for advertising or unrelated purposes.

 

6.3 Legal Basis for Processing: We process personal data only when:You have provided consent;It is necessary to deliver our services; orIt is required by Canadian law.
